Processing & Shipping Policy

Processing.

Our Processing time for is usually between 3-14 business days (not including weekends and holidays). Depending on the products.

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. our products are handmade in small batches and not mass produced.

Some products require minimum of 3 weeks to ferment and be produced (e.g Rice collection) . If you purchase them on pre-order, kindly be patience, a notification will be sent when the item ships. 

We work very hard to get most orders out orders on time if your order is being delayed for reasons beyond our control you will be notified by email.
During Peak season (SALES, HOLIDAYS!! it may take a little longer to process ( produce) your order
 After processing you will receive your tracking number and your package will be sent out for shipment.
All orders placed after 6:30 pm Eastern Standard are considered placed the next business day.

Please note processing time is time needed to produce the products and shipping times are not included in the processing times. 

Shipping.

 Shipping takes 2-5 business days in the mail after processing.

We don’t ship or process orders on weekends/holidays.

A tracking number will be sent in another email AFTER your order is processed.

ALL ITEMS SHIP VIA USPS (UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE), DHL EXPRESS AND FEDEX WE WILL NOT MAKE ANY ATTEMPTS TO SHIP WITH ANY OTHER SHIPPING CARRIERS NOT LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE. FEDEX & DHL SHIPMENT MAY COME WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION AND YOU MUST SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE.

WE ONLY SHIP YOUR ITEM ONCE THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN CLEARED BY PAYPAL AND CONFIRMED BILLING ADDRESS WHEN PAYING BY CREDIT CARD. 

The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What if I have a lost or stolen package?

When completing an order, the customer must provide a safe and accurate address for delivery. Once an order has shipped and tracking sent out, Odara Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please kindly contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to sign up for notification on the carrier website or request  to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.

Wrong Shipping Address

If you enter the incorrect mailing address, and products is already shipped out, unfortunately we will not be held responsible and NO REFUNDS  will be made.

If item has not yet been shipped out, then the address must match with the billing address, or genuine reason must be provided with further questions will be asked. Kindly contact theodaranaturals@gmail.com

Any order returned due to the customer adding the incorrect address will not be refunded or mailed back out without the customer paying the additional shipping and handling costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship via DHL. It takes 4-10 business days for delivery depending on the shipping method you choose. If your country is listed on the drop down menu on the checkout page then we ship to your country if your country is not listed then we don’t ship to your country.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Odara Naturals is not responsible for delays due to customs.

We do not cover any custom fees or duties in the processing of receiving your products..

ORDERS WILL ONLY BE SENT TO CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESSES, SO WE DO RECOMMEND ALL CLIENTS CONFIRM ADDRESSES VIA PAYPAL BEFORE ORDERING. YOU DO NOT NEED/SIGNUP FOR A PAYPAL ACCOUNT SIMPLY IGNORE THE PAYPAL SIGNUP AREA AND CLICK ON “CHECKOUT WITH CREDIT/DEBIT CARD” AND YOU CAN ENTER YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD DETAILS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FAILURES TO CONFIRM OR UPDATE CURRENT PAYPAL ADDRESSES. 

IF PAYING BY “CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD” BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH ON THE CARD ISSUED BY YOUR BANK. WE WILL NOT SHIP OUT ORDERS IF BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS DOES NOT MATCH AND WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE ORDER.
